A redesign for the cover of the classic novel that takes elements from movie adaptations and meshes them together to create a cameo-esque portrait of Frankenstein’s monster (portrayed by Boris Karloff in 1931) with castle Frankenstein during the moment when the monster came to life. The lightning bolts also symbolize the networking of nerves in the monster’s brain as he is reanimated to signify his consciousness reawakening.
